     The inception of Hilful Fuzul is the result of tremendous teamwork of a number of professionals who possesses excellent development background. This organization came into existence in 1992 as a fruit/result of philanthropic ideas of development.   The philanthropic motivation behind the organization was to address the multifaceted socioeconomic problem, to mobilize and utilize the available local and other resources to change the socioeconomic condition of the landless, poor and suffering multitude to a better state of life.

Results:   1025 trained beneficiaries have been entrusted to conserve 125,000 plants for app. 10 years,   They will be  the owners of 60%   of the matured plants.

▪              Formation of 5 member arbitration committees 

▪              credit & technical support 

▪              Distribution of printed materials to enhance the poor & vulnerable peoples’ access and understanding of the legal system.

Results:

▪              500 group leaders & 100 local elites were trained on  legal education

▪ 313 disputes resoluted  was locally by the local arbitration committees.

▪              700 poor & vulnerable people most of whom are divorced separated and oppressed female &

girls were included under micro credit & training on IGAs under PKSF supported Rural

Microcredit  fund    with in 2 years project period

▪              Legal education has been promoted to 20,000 group members of PKSF funded Rural Microcredit program in monthly & weekly group meetings since the project started in 1999.

The organization

Hilful Fuzul Samaj Kallyan Sangstha -HFSKS is a not-for -profit, non-governmental, non-political, private voluntary development organization -NGO/PVDO and not obliged to any particular sect, caste and creed. HFSKS has been established with a view to respond through appropriate approaches to eliminate poverty and to remove unjust causes that makes our ill fatted people poorer to poorer.

Vision of Hilful Fuzul

 

The vision of the organization is to achieve sustainable development of the disadvantaged poor segment of the population where all can enjoy equal rights and acquire the required skills, powers and equitable opportunities to access for exploitation of available resources necessary to meet the basic needs as enshrined in the constitution of Bangladesh. In the long run HFSKS would emerge as a dynamic force to eliminate poverty, inequality and disparity from our society.

Goal of Hilful Fuzul

 

Implicit in its long-term goal is to increase the organizational capacity in such a way that HFSKS can deliver more supports to its growing poor beneficiaries seeking help.

Objectives of Hilful Fuzul

 

The main objectives is to provide necessary supports both technical & financial to landless, the destitute, marginal farmers, children and disabled persons in such a way that enable them to gain access to resources available within their reach and exploiting this with their earned capabilities through various income generating activities to achieve sustainable development of their own and their communities in terms of health, education, nutrition, sanitation, safe water, agriculture, rehabilitation, housing and environment through building community based institutions of their own which they can understand, can operate easily and finally can establish socio- economic strength to remove all discriminations.

        To increase their overall socio-economic           development   as         well as their quality of living by           introducing      renewable        energy project.
