Grameen Shakti, a renewable energy technology company established in 1996
has started its operation through selling and installing solar home systems and providing clean, safe and environment friendly electricity to remote and rural places where no conventional electricity is available and also in the places associated with low coverage and acute load shedding.
The Solar PV System requires a solar panel to produce electricity out of sun light, a battery to store electricity, a charge controller and other accessories. Different types of electric appliances can be operated using solar electricity, such as lamp, TV, radio, cellular phone, DC soldering iron, computer and mobile phone batteries can also be charged.

How to become the owner of this System?
Mode-1
1. The customer has to pay 15% of the total price as down payment.
2. The remaining 85% of the cost are to be paid by monthly installment within 36 months with 12% service charge.
Mode-2
1. The customer has to pay 25% of the total price as down payment.
2. The remaining 75% of the cost are to be paid by monthly installment within 24 months with 8% service charge.
Mode-3
1. The customer has to pay 15% of the total price as down payment.
2. The remaining 85% of the loan amount including 10% service charges are to be paid by 36 account payee cheques in advance.
Mode-4
4% discount is allowed on listed price in case of cash purchase.
